A family in Surprise reached out to us after their parent passed away, leaving a fully furnished home in Sun City Grand that needed to be cleared before the property could be listed. The home included 30 years of accumulated belongings across four bedrooms, a full garage, and an enclosed patio.
We completed the full property cleanout over two days. Our crew worked carefully and respectfully throughout, separating items the family wanted to keep, furniture and household goods that went to St. Vincent de Paul, and everything else that was hauled away. The home was left completely empty and broom-clean, ready for the real estate photographer two days after we finished.
